From translator to tech founder
Every year, thousands of people learn their future runs on a stranger's typo: a birth certificate questioned over a certification stamp, a court case delayed because a translated contract doesn't match page for page. The cost was never the translation. It was trust: someone qualified has to put their name on the document and be right. For decades the only way to buy that trust was to buy someone's time, which is why certified translation stayed slow and expensive while technology changed everything around it.
Our founder lived that problem from the inside. After years as a NAATI-certified translator working across international markets, he watched certified documents crawl through spreadsheets, email chains, and phone calls, and knew the wait was not making anyone safer.
AcudocX didn't remove the human from the equation. It removed everything else. A credentialed translator still reviews, certifies, and signs every document. What disappeared is the week of quotes, emails, and chasing that used to sit between upload and signature. Today AcudocX serves agencies and translators across Australia and the US, with more than 8,900 certified jobs delivered at a median of 7 hours.

Human translators remain central
AI is an accelerant, not a replacement. Certified translation requires contextual, legal, and cultural expertise that only trained humans can provide. AcudocX exists to support translators, not supplant them.
Privacy and minimal disclosure by default
Documents contain sensitive personal information. Our architecture is designed to share only what is necessary, to whom it is necessary, when it is necessary, nothing more.
Standards, not lock‑in
